Regarding quotation: The order quantity requirement directly affects the unit price. Please clearly indicate the quantity you need to purchase before making a purchase.
Regarding color difference: All products of our company are photographed from real objects. Due to the display or shooting light source, color difference may occur. Customers who are concerned about color difference must consider it before taking photos or send a sample for confirmation.
Regarding delivery time: Samples will be shipped within 24 hours after cutting. Orders will be shipped within the time specified in the contract. If there are special circumstances that prevent shipment, we will promptly contact the buyer.
Regarding freight: Mi Sample Express COD. If you need to specify a courier, please contact customer service. All bulk goods must be checked in.
Regarding returns and exchanges: If there are no quality issues with the shipped goods, they will not be replaced. If there are any quality issues, they will be resolved through negotiation within 7 days of receipt. Expired items will not be accepted.
