The whole system uses MCU as core, remote-control, highly automatic in fabric feeding and returning, clamp rising and falling, blade running and stopping and ultrasonic system switch. This original concept allows for easy viewing inside the machine for loading. The machine has a control panel that allows the programming of up to any pieces as you want at a time. You simply put in the length and quantity, the panel then displays the amount of fabric required for the job. Then press start. Once the job has been completed, you have the option to reclaim any of the fabrics one at a time. This facility is used in the event of a join or a fault in the fabric. Once finished the display will show how much fabric has been used off that roll. The machine has an end of fabric sensor for when the roll runs out and the end starts running through the machine. It also detects the fabric tightening up due to it coming to the end of the roll but the fabric is taped to the centre cardboard core.
