Jihuazol M type reactive dyes contain a vinyl sulphone reactive group. The recommended dyeing emperature is at 55-60 ~ for exhaust dyeing. Jihuazol reactive dyes have low substantivity, excellent wash-off properties, very low hydrolization in acid conditions, and good shade duration stability. This series of dyes is suitable for exhaust, CPB, continuous dyeing processes.
Jihuafix reactive dyes contain a vinyl sulphone and a monochlorotriazine group. Jihuafix reactive dyes have very low sensitivity to the fluctuation of the following dyeing parameters: liquor ratio, dyeing temperature, salt, alkali and dyeing time; excellent reproducibility and high solubility, easy to be dissolved. Jihufix reactive dyes have medium substantivity, good wash-off. This series of dyes can apply to exhaust process for piece, package yarn, hank, jig dyeing and continuous process.
Jihuacion HE reactive dyes contain a monochlorotriazine reactive group, suitable for 80~ hot dyeing. They have very good diffusion and migration at high temperature, and so have excellent penetration and levelness especially for critical articles such as viscose, mercerized cotton etc. However, they are not so easy to wash off due to their high substantivity. They have high fixation rate, good light and chlorinated water fastness. This series of dyes is very suitable for high-strength deep shades.
Jihuazol ED reactive dyes are economical reactive dyes particularly for deep and extra-deep shades. They have the properties of high build-up, low recipe cost, better reproducibility than commodities, deepest black shade achievability. This series of dyes can apply to exhaust, CPB and continuous processes. |
