The machine is mostly used for foam pieces that come from foam shredder machine or foam & quilted fabric waste cutting machine blown into mixing drum of foam reproduction machine after mixing with adhesive, the mixture if dropped down into a standard size mold L2m * W*1.55m *H1.2m where it goes under hydraulic pressure to shape bonded foam. The new developed automatic reproduction machine, with a steam, which can produce foam 5 times as fast as form one. |
