We are specialized in manufacturing bonnel spring, pocket coils and finished mattress ever since 1993. Our factory is located in Longjiang, Shude of Guangdong province. It is known that Shude town is the most famous furniture producing base in China. Following is our main products:
1. Finished innerspring mattress
We are capable in producing 300 finished mattress per day and can compress the finished mattress into one third space of the original. After compressing, the compressed mattress with vacuum packing have the advantage of saving the shipping cost, guarantee the quality keep long time, and saving the storage room, we always cooperate with our cumstomers in reasonable price and exquisite materials. (120x190x20: 450 pcs/40'HQ; 150x190x20: 360 pcs/ 40'HQ; 180x200x20: 310 pcss/40'HQ)
2. Bonnel spring
We are capable in compressing 17 units for one bale. There're around 1020 units for 1 x 40?CL.
We can in producing around 10?3 containers bonnel spring per month.
3. Pocket coils
We are capable in rolling 10 units for one bale. There?e around 900 units for 1 x 40?CL.
We can produce around 3 containers pocket coil per month.
