PTFE Carrier Fiber, Complex Fiber--When make felt with PTFE carrier fiber without lubrication, the felt has fairly good anti-wearing property and has excellent performance if used for making pulse jet filter bags at the place of metal frameworks.
PTFE carrier fiber has smooth fiber surface, round-shape single fiber,slim fiber diameter, evenly distribute branches, excellent dispersing status, which can be capable of cutting to short fibers and made to curving when needed and can be twined to various clothing when twisted.
PTFE complex fiber can be woven with other matierals. If the fabric is made of PTFE and cotton yarn, which it can be made into self lubrication bearing for its can stick on the metal surface; if the fabric is made of aramid fiber or fiberglass, which it apply for badly condition. |
