Hangzhou Kaili Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd, which beside of south of Qianjiang River, is located in Jingjiang industrial park, Xiaoshan district, Hangzhou City. It is about 2 kilometers away from Hangzhou International Airport and Guali Exit of Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway. Meanwhile it takes only 2 hours by car from Shanghai PuDong International Airport to our factory. The traffic is very convenient.
Hangzhou Kaili Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd, established in 2002, is one of the biggest factories making polyester yarn and embroidery thread. It covers an area of thirty thousand square meters and has fixed asset of RMB 20 million. It has more than 300 employees, including 35 technicians with college education and Middle rank office holder. Hangzhou Kaili Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd has eight advanced spinning production lines, eight sets of drafting and stretching machines and 172 sets of TFO Thread-making equipment. It produces all kinds of Polyester Dope Dyed POY, DTY and FDY, more than 2000 different colors, from 50D to 600D, mainly 50D/24F, 75D/36F, 100D/36F, 150D/48F, 300D/96F, 450D/144F and 600D/192F. The daily production of polyester dope dyed yarn is over 120 tons and embroidery thread (75D/2-300D/3) over 30 tons. The annual sales amount reaches nearly 500 millions.The polyester filament yarn gets the feature of glorious colors, well-rounded texture, high color fastness, comfortable feel and environmental protection. For polyester embroidery thread, we can supply 120D/2-3, 150D/2-3, 300D/2-3 and 600D/2-3 with package of hank or cone. The thread is made from UDY->FDY->Thread. So it has high tenacity, more elasticity, good-toughness and can instead of rayon embroidery thread.Because of its lower broken rate and can instead of rayon filament yarn, has brought huge profit and strong market competitive ability to our clients. The product has been widely used in weaving, home textile, warp knitting, embroider, auto cushion, handicraft, etc. It has been exported to the whole world and welcomed by customers both from domestic and abroad.
